Meet the Collective

After assessing each project’s goals and needs, we assemble a bespoke team of experts, all of whom have worked both in-house and as freelance consultants.

  • Ally was born and raised in Chicago on deep dish pizza and the Chicago Bulls. After graduating from Dartmouth College and a few stops in Ecuador and London, she led marketing teams at both B2C and B2B companies for the past 15 years.

    Outside of work, she’s a mom to two rascal boys: Hayes (9) and Grady (7). She spends her free time with a tight-knit community of parents, technologists, and creatives who float down rivers, ski down mountains, and wander through National Parks.

    Ally volunteers as an art docent at the local elementary school. She enjoys styling homes and bodies, drinking good-ish wine and coffee, peddling the Enneagram, trolling Instagram for emerging designers, reading books on history & politics, and making wishlists of Airbnbs in faraway places.


  • Kellie is a Salt Lake City native with 12+ years in marketing and consulting—building, launching, and advising products and brands. She’s worked at Deloitte, PwC, and WeWork, and holds a B.S. from the University of Utah and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

    She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Case, their daughter, Coco (1½), and their scruffy rescue pup, Olive. Weekends mean coffee walks, beach days, and farmers’ market hauls. She loves thoughtful podcasts, dancing, snowboarding, and a good workout class—and believes a funky jacket can make any outfit.
