Novi is a Series B, Greylock-backed SaaS platform serving Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands like Rare Beauty, Ilia, Kosas, Ritual, Supergoop, Mrs. Meyer’s, Blueland, and Grove Collaborative. Novi verifies claims around sustainability and human health for major retailers and certification bodies. Ally led the in-house rebrand and GTM launch to position Novi as a category-defining product verification platform to grow transparency, trust, and sales.

We transformed a complex scientific platform into a magnetic, humanized brand while building out the team and operational foundation for rapid growth.

    • Led a rebrand to unify design, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints

    • Built a flexible messaging framework and mission-driven narrative that aligned product, sales, marketing, and CX teams.

    • Overhauled the digital experience — IA, UX, copy, imagery, design components, landing pages, analytics, blog, and CMS — to improve sales conversion and generate inbound leads.

    • Utilized AI tools (e.g. Figma Sites & Dev Mode) to design and code a new website that marketing could manage without dev support.

    • Tested into winning brand awareness and direct response ads with multivariate creative concepts, visuals, ad formats, landing pages, and CTAs.

    • Overhauled growth motion by testing new LinkedIn AI beta features for audience optimization, and integrating analytics.

    • Built an editorial roadmap and social strategy that engaged conscious consumers and aligned to buyer and user journeys for brands and retailers. 

    • Led development of long-form content pieces and webinars that could be chunked out for blog and socia to support both awareness and conversion goals.

    • Developed a flexible but cohesive messaging framework that resonated with multiple functional stakeholders across brands, enterprise retailers, and partner orgs. 

    • Unified product, marketing, sales, and CS under clarified value propositions and a mission-based narrative, driving consistency from the homepage to the boardroom.

    • Launched “NoviShop”, our attention-grabbing booth, with signage, viral swag, and “show rather than tell” displays at major CPG trade shows and conferences.

    • Hosted branded, buzzy sales dinners and launched the inaugural Summit for Conscious Commerce for sustainability leaders in retail. Built emotional resonance and community.

    • Led multi-channel customer experience audit, journey mapping exercises, and overhaul of nurture and product comms to drive clarity and cohesion across the customer experience.

    • Collaborated with the CEO to launch her thought leadership platform, resulting in a Fast Company Council editorial series, and recognition on the Inc. Female Founders list of 2025.
